Cottage town · Peremoha, Kyiv region
Pro Misto is a new-format cottage town in the village of Peremoha near Kyiv, just 20 minutes from Lisova metro. The project is designed for around 400 families and combines townhouses of 55 and 77 m², compact apartments and over 3,000 m² of commercial space in a single pedestrian environment.
Up to 90% of the territory is pedestrian: cars stay on the perimeter and the courtyards belong to people. On site there are a school and kindergarten, sports grounds and a football pitch, running tracks and EV chargers. A gated territory with round-the-clock security — a safe environment for families with children.
