1. Who we are

Genesis Design is an interior design and virtual tour studio (Kyiv, Ukraine). Contact for data questions: office@genesis-ctb.org.

2. What data we collect

We only process the data you provide yourself:

your name and contact details (phone, e-mail, messenger handle) that you enter in the contact form or the brief;
information about your project that you voluntarily provide in the brief (property type, area, wishes, etc.);
anonymised technical data (the pages you viewed) — only if analytics is in place, without identifying you personally.

We do not collect payment details, passwords or identity documents.

3. How we use the data

to contact you in response to your enquiry;
to prepare a proposal and a ballpark estimate for your project;
to improve the quality of our services.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not send spam.

4. Storage and transfer

Data from the form and the brief goes to our working email and is stored only for as long as needed to communicate about your enquiry. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except for services that technically enable the site to work (for example, the email service), and only to the extent needed to process your enquiry.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data. To do so, write to office@genesis-ctb.org — we will handle the request within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

The site may use technical cookies needed for it to work correctly. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect basic browsing of the site.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
