Genesis Design is an interior design and architecture studio in Kyiv with 18 years of experience. We develop design projects for apartments, private houses and commercial spaces — from the first concept to author supervision on site. Every project starts with a detailed brief: we analyse the space, the client's lifestyle and wishes.
A full design project includes space planning, 3D visualizations, working drawings, wall elevations, ceiling, lighting and electrical plans, plus material selection and specification. If needed, we take on furniture and decor procurement and construction supervision, so the finished interior matches the project down to the detail.
A separate focus of the studio is cottage towns and suburban real estate. For developers we create a single architectural concept, a master plan and landscaping, show interiors and interactive VR tours that help sell houses before construction even begins.
