Gardd House is a gated comfort-class cottage town in the village of Rozhny, Brovary district, 20 km from Kyiv on the bank of the Desna. The development combines duplexes from 87 m², cottages from 95 m², apartments and a commercial zone with an eco-shop, pharmacy and gym.
The highlight is a private 500 m² eco-pond with natural water purification by plants. Nearby are a playground, cycling and running tracks, a relaxation terrace by the lake and a private beach on the Desna 300 metres away. The architecture is carefully woven into the natural landscape.
