Prydesennya Eco Village is an eco-town on 7 hectares in the village of Rozhny, on the bank of a Desna bay, 20 minutes from Kyiv. The space is designed for 170 families who value life among pines, blooming meadows and clean air.
A single architectural style unites townhouses of 68 and 92 m², duplexes of 96–110 m² and cottages of 120–167 m². Centralised utilities, a private beach and pier, sports and children’s grounds, a summer bar and shops — all within a gated, guarded territory with two entrance groups.
