An inverter with a battery — a separate, calculated line in the budget. It holds the key load (light, router, fridge, pump) for roughly 8–10 hours; the exact time depends on battery capacity. The grid is gone — the home keeps working.
A dimmable lighting system with ready scenarios: workday, evening, and a separate scenario for when the grid is down. Light as a mood and as a resource, not just a switch.
A dual-purpose room: a walk-in closet, workshop or media room that becomes a protected space when needed. Thought-through ventilation and materials — and it doesn't look like a basement.

In the project's VR tour you can switch the home into the "no grid" scenario and see with your own eyes what stays on, how the backup light works and how comfortable the space remains.
No render shows this: you make the decisions about autonomy and light after "walking" the space, not from a spec on paper.

Pricing
The resilient home is an add-on over PREMIUM, not a separate package.
You don't pay for "resilience" as a whole. You choose only the nodes you actually need and add them to the design project. Each node is priced separately — by the scope of work and equipment, not by the home's area.
So the cost is transparent: window acoustics is the glazing area, autonomy is a specific inverter and battery, light is the number of lines and scenarios. We prepare the estimate after the short brief below.
